Does Sparqbox integrate with our POS or HRIS?
Q3 2026 — webhooks and a REST API on the Scale tier let you push approved ideas into your POS-config or HRIS workflows. Until then, CSV export covers most use cases.
Can we keep store-level data private from HQ?
Yes. Submissions can be store-scoped by default with optional escalation to regional or central. Anonymous submission is a per-category setting.
How does this work with a franchise model?
Each franchisee can run their own workspace, or join the network workspace with their own reviewer pool. Network-level analytics shows aggregate patterns without exposing individual franchisee detail.
Does it work in multiple languages?
Yes. EN + NL ship at launch. Store associates can submit in their preferred language; AI handles translation for the review.
